What you get

What we ask

• One named liaison.
• A signed data-sharing note before any account is enabled. It says what we share, what we never share, how long we keep it, and who to call if something goes wrong.
• Consent, separately, before we name you anywhere on this site.

The data-sharing note, in short

• We share counts, never people. A barrier report reaches you only when the person who sent it ticked the box that lets us, and only the words they sent, never their name.
• You keep what we send for your own purpose, not for marketing, and not in a system we have not been told about.
• Either side can end the note with thirty days' notice. A breach is told to the other side within two working days.
