What you are asked to do

• Keep the team together. At reception, on a ward, in an ambulance, in a clinic. If a clinician has a real reason to separate them, they say the reason and give their name.
• If you must ask, ask two things: is this a service dog, and what work does it do. Never ask for a diagnosis.
• Name one person on each site who can answer an access question. Put that name where patients look.

Public counters, waiting rooms, and the rehab and specialty clinics in our directory. We visit, record the five facts, and publish them after you have read them. A partner account lets your facilities team send us a self-report of a room. We verify it before it is published.
